On the 50th Anniversary of B2B Buyer Behavior Models, we decided to ask, “What is B2B Buyer Behavior Now in the Digital Age?”
We have explored this topic from multiple perspective:
(a) differences across sources of influence on the process,
(b) differences across types valence of reviews that may be used in the process, and
(c) cross-national in China, India, Ireland and the US.
